The terms on which we provide this website and our services, and what each side is responsible for.

These terms form an agreement between you and Adrevox, registered at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. By using this website or purchasing a service, you accept them.
Where we sign a separate written agreement, statement of work or proposal with you, that document governs the engagement and prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or use it to transmit unlawful or malicious content.
We provide two categories of service:
Deliverables, timelines and assumptions for any engagement are those set out in the applicable product description, proposal or statement of work.
Prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. The price payable is the amount calculated and confirmed by us at the point of order; a price displayed in your browser is not binding if it differs from our server-side calculation due to error or tampering.
Payment is processed by our payment provider. An order is confirmed only when we receive a successful payment confirmation from that provider. Where payment fails or is reversed, the order does not take effect.
GST and any other applicable indirect taxes are charged at the prevailing statutory rate and shown separately before you pay. Where you provide a GSTIN, it is your responsibility to ensure it is accurate; we issue tax documentation against the details you supply.
Delivery of marketing and technology services depends on your cooperation. You are responsible for providing timely access to accounts, platforms and assets we reasonably require; for the accuracy and lawfulness of material you supply; and for holding the necessary rights to any content you ask us to use.
Our services frequently operate on platforms we do not control, including advertising networks, marketplaces, messaging providers and analytics tools. Their availability, policies, pricing, approval decisions and algorithms may change without notice. We are not responsible for a third-party platform suspending, rejecting or limiting an account, campaign or listing, and we do not guarantee any platform outcome.
We do not guarantee any specific commercial result — including revenue, ranking, reach, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend or conversion rate. Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, offer, sales follow-up and competitor activity. Any figure presented as an example is illustrative unless expressly stated to be a measured result.
The website, our software, methods and internal tooling remain our property. On full payment for an engagement, you receive ownership of, or a licence to use, the deliverables produced specifically for you, as set out in the applicable agreement. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss arising from a third-party platform’s acts or omissions. Our total aggregate liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period in the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access immediately where there is unlawful use, non-payment, or conduct that exposes either party to material risk. Termination does not affect fees already accrued for work performed.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We ask that you raise any dispute with us first at contact@adrevox.com so we can attempt to resolve it directly. Failing resolution, the dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
