What we store in your browser, why, and how to switch it off.

We keep browser storage to a minimum. We do not use advertising cookies on this website, and we do not operate cross-site tracking or data-broker pixels here.
A small number of items are required for the site to function — for example maintaining a secure session during checkout and protecting forms against automated abuse. These cannot be switched off without breaking the service, and they carry no advertising identifier.
We use privacy-respecting website analytics that measure aggregate page views and events — such as how many people opened a WhatsApp enquiry from a given page. It does not use cookies to follow you across other websites and does not build a personal profile.
When you arrive, we record the first page you landed on, the referring site, and any campaign (UTM) parameters in your browser’s sessionStorage. This lets an enquiry you start tell us what you were looking at and how you found us, so we can answer usefully.
It is stored only in your browser for the current tab session, is cleared when you close the tab, and contains no name, contact detail or personal identifier.
Our payment provider sets its own cookies during checkout to process the transaction and to detect fraud. Those are governed by that provider’s own policy. Content you open on an external platform — for example an application form or WhatsApp — is governed by that platform’s policy, not ours.
Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies and clear site storage from its privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary items will prevent checkout from completing. Clearing session storage simply means an enquiry will not carry its acquisition context.
