Adrevox (“we”, “us”) operates this website and provides marketing, technology and growth services. Our registered address is Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We collect only what a stated purpose requires:

• Enquiry information — name, email address, phone number and the message you submit through our contact form. A phone number is required because WhatsApp is our primary response channel.
• Consent record — whether you gave consent, the version of the notice you agreed to, and the timestamp. This exists so we can demonstrate lawful contact.
• Career and partner applications — the information you choose to submit when applying, including any details captured through an external application form.
• Order and payment records — where you purchase a service: the product, amount, tax and payment status.
• Technical and acquisition data — page visited, referring site, and campaign parameters (UTM) where present, plus a hashed form of your IP address retained for abuse prevention only.

We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for it. Do not include sensitive personal information in a free-text enquiry field.

Card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor and are never received, processed or stored on Adrevox servers. We retain only a payment reference, the amount, and the status returned by the processor.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
• To create, fulfil and support orders, including tax documentation.
• To assess career and partnership applications.
• To understand which campaigns and pages generate enquiries, in aggregate.
• To meet legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your enquiry content to train machine learning models.

We share information with service providers only to the extent needed to run the service: payment processing, hosting and infrastructure, communications delivery, and privacy- respecting website analytics. Each processor is bound to use the data only for the service it provides to us.

We use a minimal set of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics that do not track you across other websites. Full detail, including how to control them, is in our Cookie Policy.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable follow-up period; order, tax and payment records for the period required by applicable financial and tax law; and application records for the duration of the hiring or partnership process unless you ask us to keep them on file.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to those who need it. Tenant data is isolated at the database level. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — if a breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for correction of inaccurate information, request erasure, withdraw consent, or object to a particular use. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

To make a request, contact privacy@adrevox.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to our grievance officer, Mohd Qasim Ali, at grievance@adrevox.com.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be communicated directly where we hold contact details for you.
